4.3.7 run_level/1 ¶

Get run level. Argument:

• target Target run level in accordance with all barriers. If the system keeps running and new barriers are not set, the system will eventually reach it.
• current Current run level. If the system is in the middle of transition and classy:on_run_level/2 hooks are running, then this value is equal to the previous run level.
• next Next run level. If system is stable and no transition hooks are running, its value is equal to the current one.
• ready Minimum of next and current.
