-spec start_system() -> ok | {error, _}.
Classy application starts in dormant mode, so other applications can safely declare it as a dependency, without the risk that OTP application controller triggers system startup sequence before all hooks are registered.
So simply launching classy application does nothing. This function must be called in order for the system to come alive.
